When I started building Global Enablement at Axonius, I had a long-term vision. But I knew that if we didn’t show results early, that vision wouldn’t matter much.

Quick wins gave people a reason to trust us. They showed leadership that we could deliver, gave the team a sense of progress, and showed stakeholders that we were listening.

In the first few months, that meant updating onboarding content and making it easier to find, setting up weekly touchpoints with Product, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders, and launching weekly Enablement calls with bite-sized product insights.

None of these were massive projects. But they changed the conversation. People started leaning in and trusting us with bigger bets.

It’s tempting to wait until the big strategy is ready before showing anything. I’d rather start with something useful, deliver it early, and earn the room to do the bigger work.
