AI is making explanations abundant, but practice is still scarce. You can ask it to explain a feature, summarize documentation, compare architectures, or walk through a configuration. You can also use it to create more courses, videos, quizzes, and summaries.
More content wasn’t what we were missing. People still need a realistic problem to solve, a safe place to make mistakes, a clear picture of what good looks like, feedback when they get it wrong, and another chance to try.
That might mean a troubleshooting lab, a demo with a difficult customer, an architecture exercise without one perfect answer, or a simulation that changes based on what the learner does.
This is where I think Tech Enablement creates value. AI can explain almost anything on demand. Our job is to create the practice that helps someone actually do the work.
The easier training content becomes to produce, the less impressive the content itself becomes. Practice, feedback, and proof of performance remain the hard parts.
